What's On Taste of Spring A DAY AT WEST HORSLEY PLACE WITH A SPECIAL SPRING LUNCH Celebrate the season with a special Spring Lunch at West Horsley Place. We’ll have flowers, fine food, an exclusive tour and a glass of bubbles to mark the start of Spring. A wonderful day as a treat for yourself, to enjoy with friends or to give as a gift. A MORNING OF FLOWERS The day begins with coffee in the beautifully restored Place Farm Barn, the setting for an inspiring demonstration from top Floral Designer, Carrie Macey. Carrie knows West Horsley Place well and her fresh and elegant floral arrangements and decorations have been a fabulous feature of many weddings and celebrations here. You’ll be delighted by her demonstration, her creativity and her wonderful understanding of flowers. AN EXCLUSIVE TOUR OF THE MANOR HOUSE – and a glass of bubbles We move to the beautiful Manor House, a Grade I listed gem, with its distinctive brick front concealing the original timber-framed house. You’ll enjoy a pre-lunch glass of bubbles in the lovely Morning Room, favoured by the ladies of the house for its morning light and views of the Home Paddock. A special tour gives you the opportunity to discover the house, highlighting West Horsley Place’s remarkable history and uncovering its unique charm. We have a history of entertaining – in 1536, the Stone Hall was the setting for a truly regal 35-course lunch for Henry VIII.
