There's boating with Ratty, a feast with Badger and high jinx on the open road with that reckless ruffian, Mr Toad. What more could such firm friends wish for? But after Toad's latest escapade, can they join together and beat the wretched weasels? Join Mole, Ratty and Badger on their mad-cap adventures in this heart-warming tale of friendship, mishap and mayhem in Quantum Theatre’s brand new adaptation of Kenneth Grahame’s family favourite. Adult £17 | Child (3-16 yrs old) £10 | Family (2 Adults + 2 Children) £50 Wind in the Willows will be performed in our Home Paddock against the stunning backdrop of West Horsley Place. Gates will be open from 2pm to ensure you have time for a wonderful picnic ahead of the performance. The performance will start at 3pm. Refreshments will also be available on site. This performance is an outdoor performance. We recommend that you bring blankets/chairs/cushions etc. to sit on. Come prepared for the weather with warm coats and waterproofs etc, as the performance will continue come rain, come shine! We ask that you don’t bring umbrellas as these can obscure the view for other people in the audience. The performance will last approximately 1hr 40 minutes with an interval We ask that all guests leave the site 30 minutes after the performance ends. Due to the nature of this event and for the comfort of everyone in the audience, please note that dogs are not permitted at the performance (except assistance dogs). Access: Guests who are wheelchair users or have access needs which would make the walk from the visitors car park difficult, should be dropped off on the gravel carriage sweep in front of the manor house for close access to the performance area or a disabled parking space can be booked by contacting us at [email protected]. Please advise West Horsley Place if you are a wheelchair user or have any access requirements before the event date. Our car park is a 3 minute walk from the performance area. As the performance takes place in the home paddock, ground conditions are uneven. On arrival follow signs to our carpark. You will then be directed from the car park to the performance area.
