Director, West Horsley Place Trust We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced charity leader with demonstrable strategic and operational experience in a Historic House, Museum, Gallery, Open Space, Gardens or other Heritage setting with a keen understanding of the challenges faced by similar charities. Reporting to the Board, the Director is responsible for the strategic leadership of, and successful day-to-day running of West Horsley Place. The Director will develop and deliver the organisation’s business plan and ensure sound financial management, the ongoing repair and conservation of the House and Estate and take responsibility for initiating, managing and progressing supportive and constructive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders locally, nationally and internationally. The role will involve the healthy stewardship of donors, funders and collaborators as well as seeking out opportunities for new partnerships and revenue streams that align with our charitable values.
