In this session expert tutor Caroline Lofthouse will lead you through a Yin Yoga practice in our beautiful and historic Morning Room.

 Yin is a form of yoga in which floor based poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing for deep stretching of the body in a non-forceful way. The benefits of a regular Yin practice can include:

Caroline Lofthouse

Caroline works as a Yoga and Pilates teacher as well as a Dancer, Choreographer and Movement Director. Caroline has over 20 years of experience working in Fitness, Dance and the Performing Arts working with professional athletes, dancers and anyone wishing to improve their health. She teaches 1-2-1 and small group classes both online and in person, in Surrey and London tailoring sessions to your individual needs and well-being goals. Caroline teaches Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.

Please bring with you a couple of cushions or a yoga bolster if you have one. A blanket to stay warm and for added comfort and support. Some water and wear some warm, comfortable layers.
