Friends of Horsley Library need your help to make sure that our wonderful village library is fit for the future. Surrey County Council has said that early this year is will consult on the future of Surrey libraries. This is an opportunity to shape Horsley Library so that it offers the venue, books, opportunities and services that the village needs.
