Ticket booking terms and conditions Terms and Conditions - ticket bookings Cancellations If we find it necessary to cancel an event we will contact you and refund your booking. If we find it necessary to postpone an event we will contact you and try to reschedule your booking. If you cancel your booking, we are unable to give refunds. Prices Prices include VAT Media Consent We will ask for media consent at any events where we wish to do filming or photography. The unauthorised use of a camera, video camera or any other sort of recording equipment is strictly forbidden. Commercial photography is prohibited; please contact us if you are a professional photographer interested in West Horsley Place. General Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk. We reserve the right to alter events without prior notice. Please note that areas of the house, barn and grounds may sometimes be inaccessible due to safety or maintenance needs. West Horsley Place is not liable to pay any compensation or damages in such instances. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
