Create your own wood or linocut block to print onto paper and cards. Discover techniques to add further colour to your prints.

Your design can be your own original idea, a found image of your choosing, or based on images and prints from the selection provided.
There is plenty of inspiration at West Horsley Place - from the eyecatching facade, to the characterful rooms and objects within the house, and stunning gardens. Based in the manor house, there will be opportunity to explore and take photos.
You will learn how to design an image, transfer it onto a wood or lino block, and use tools to carve your design. You will then ink and print your block by hand onto a selection of papers. Afterwards you can take your block away with you to print more at home. It will be possible to buy extra materials.
